Second, Digital China deeply updates and strengthens human rights objects by upgrading normative structures, establishing rights attribution, promoting morphological evolution, and improving remedy mechanisms. Third, Digital China comprehensively optimizes human rights values by achieving digital justice, enhancing digital benefits, maintaining digital security, and ensuring digital freedom. Finally, Digital China effectively guarantees the right to digital development, efficiently unleashes human rights momentum, promotes the development of human rights in China, and establishes a new model for global human rights governance.
